CrossFit Level 1 membership
Members receive
- One CrossFit class a week. You can use this in an outdoor Zest class as a make up class by arrangement.
- A choice of beginners or dynamic yoga class every term time week
- This includes an optional membership to Zest-LiveStrong as a Bronze member, excluding the classes. Should you wish to avail of it, please let us know so we can add you to the group.

- Free Christmas class/meet up

£60 per calendar month (£15 per week over 52 weeks). Includes 4 weeks a year where no classes run (over Christmas and summer). If you wish to cancel, please give four weeks’ notice. Thank you.
